WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR CONDOMS?
Our condoms are made with the same standards as all major brands and are actually made by the same manufacture as many of the leading brands
WILL MY SHIPMENT BE PACKAGED DISCREETLY?
Your order will be shipped in a plain envelope or box. The name on the return address label will say "BDS Marketing, LLC" only. No reference to condoms or any other safe-sex related product will be visible on the outside of the package.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PRIVACY?
Our products are meant to protect you, and we protect your privacy. We will never sell you email address, phone number or any other form of personal information to any individual or entity outside of our company. Orders are always shipped and packaged discreetly for your convenience.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time frames vary depending on your geological location and package weight. We use the United States Postal Service with First Class Mail for most of our shipments. Generally well see a 5 to 7 business day delivery time frame.
WHAT IS THIS "BDS MARKETING, LLC" CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?
BDS MARKETING, LLC is the parent company name of CondomClubs.com. We use this name on bank and credit card statements to ensure your complete privacy and discretion.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we limit CondomClubs.com Memberships to be shipped to United States residents only. You must have a shipping and billing address within one of the 50 states. We also currently don't support shipping to APOs or FPOs and also exclude US Territories.
WHEN WILL MY CLUB ORDER SHIP AND MY PAYMENT METHOD BE CHARGED?
Club orders are created and charged based on the original date of your first order. For example: if you order on June 14, your next order will be created on July 14. If your first order date falls on a date of the month greater than 28th, Like January 31st, your next order will be created on the 28th of the following month.
HOW DO I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
To change your membership plan or add/remove any extras from your membership, simply visit the Manage Membership Plan Page
in your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OR SKIP A MONTH?
You can cancel or skip the next months package by visiting the My Account Page
. Here you can easily choose to perform either action against your membership. If you cancel your membership, you can always come back at a later time to reactivate it following the same steps.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED BEFORE MY NEXT CLUB ORDER IS CREATED AND SHIPPED?
Yes, we will send out a reminder email several days before we actually create and charge your order. This gives ample time to make any necessary changes to your membership before its created and shipped.
AM I CHARGED ANY TAXES OR FEES ON CLUB ORDERS?
We currently only charge sales tax on orders shipping to the state of California. This total tax amount is shown to your during checkout if applicable. We will not charge you any other additional fees. What you see for your order total is what you pay.
DO PROMO CODES AND SALE PRICING APPLY TO ALL ORDERS?
Promotion codes are only applied one time. Your monthly membership dues will go back to the regular price after an order has been created with the promotion code. Sale pricing is limited to the period in which the sale is running but is not guaranteed to be active and applicable to your club reorder.
MY CLUB ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your Club Order is missing and you've received a confirmation email that it has shipped, please try checking the tracking information on the confirmation email to make sure it has been delivered and isn't still in transit to your shipping address. If your unable to determine where your package is at or have questions regarding your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
